Coppell's head trainer Dana O'Neal has managed a successful career in the fitness industry for nearly 15 years. She began her journey teaching classes in the early mornings and evenings while maintaining a full time job in the TV and Film industry. She began expanding her knowledge with an Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) group exercise certification, and years later she achieved her personal trainer certification to begin concentrating on changing individuals lives through exercise. Her experience teaching in the gym ranges from step aerobics to yoga, with everything in between like spin and cardio blast classes. After starting a family, Dana transitioned into starting her own fitness business maintaining neighborhood bootcamps, personal training clients, as well as after school teacher bootcamps. Simplifying the fitness atmosphere to a park or home and focusing on results was a big challenge as a trainer. Dana's fitness philosophy begins with cross training clients, encouraging them to reach beyond their ability, and providing variety to every workout. Orangetheory Fitness was an immediate fit for our head trainer as it exemplifies exactly the same beliefs: achieve maximum output from your workout through intensity and variation. Dana is a mom to three elementary age children, and strives to be a role model for other parents who are attempting to make time for fitness.
Shelly has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2009. She grew up in a fitness-minded family and was always active in sports. Her passion for running came at an early age. As an adult, she took on the challenge of distance running. She has completed many marathons, including the Boston Marathon twice, and a Half Ironman Triathlon. Shelly’s fitness philosophy is based on her lifelong commitment to and belief in nutrition, physical activity and a positive attitude. Her start was in one-on-one training, but she soon found getting 2 or more people together was increasing her clients success. The group dynamic can create friendships through accountability which lead to life-changing results. Plus it's just more fun when you are part of a group! That's what she loves about training with a personalized touch. Her passion for overall good health has led her to helping others change their lifestyles and achieve their goals.

Amber Dobecka fell in love with fitness at an early age after being drug to her mom’s aerobics classes every summer. In January 2014, she left her first post-college job and launched her own company: health and fitness services by Amber Michelle Fit, LLC (tagged off her supposedly-inspiring Instagram handle). As an AFAA-certified group X instructor and former Baylor cheerleader, she’s been known to dress up in leg warmers and headbands to teach kickboxing, dance and PiYo. However, she’s broadened her pink and black wardrobe to include a little OTF sunshine after falling in love with the Orangetheory concept. Amber and her fireman husband even incorporate OTF into their NPC competition training. Fitness is more than just perfecting the body to Amber. It’s a never-ending journey to become the humble and encouraging servant God created us all to be. Whether she’s running on the OTF treadmill or running out the door to teach another class, Amber thrives on inspiring others to get fit from the inside out.
